(For\u00e7as, Fraquezas, Oportunidades e Amea\u00e7as).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O SWOT \u00e9 uma ferramenta utilizada para analisar o posicionamento estrat\u00e9gico de uma empresa que consiste em levantar o maior n\u00famero de itens para cada caracter\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devido a sua simplicidade e abrang\u00eancia ele pode ser utilizado em qualquer tipo de an\u00e1lise de cen\u00e1rio, no procedo iremos utilizar essa ferramenta na oportunidade de venda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div concorrentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fraquezas:<\/strong> S\u00e3o as desvantagens que a oportunidade de venda possui que pode prejudicar de alguma forma o andamento da
